We try hard to ship out every order that you place successfully with us, but there are some situations where we may have to cancel the orders, these are:

  • Product not in stock with us or temporarily out of stock
  • If there is any limitation on quantities available for purchase
  • Any error or inaccuracy in product or pricing or promotion information
  • If our fraud avoidance department found any problem in the order
  • A problem in the delivery or billing address like Inaccurate or insufficient
  • Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Our team will get in touch with you via email or call if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If in case, your order is canceled after you made the payment, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

We will be happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you, if we receive the notice of cancellation from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us.

We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us

Return Policy

Our customer is our kingpin and we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all the products bought at our site. 

By any chance, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e

  • wrong size,
  • wrong color,
  • wrong quantity,
  • defective,
  • damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by us.

Don’t worry, you are completely protected. We offer a 5 days return policy for all such items.

Also please note, courier charges for return are to be paid by buyer. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that the physical product may vary a bit than appearing in the images and we do not accept return for any product for this reason.


We will also not be able to accept the return if the product

  • Is used/worn or altered or self-service.
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Serial Number has tampered.
  • Water or Physical damage.
  • Not following of instructions given against the product handling/installation/description.
  • Once the product has been used irrespective of time duration.
  • Price comparison with other websites after placing the order.
  • Price reduced on our website due to any reason whatsoever.
  • Change in model / Version.

Note Refund Charges: On all refund, after a successful payment is made there will be the minimum charges of 4% will be charged as a transaction and restocking fee.
